At Dhaagastories (a brand owned and operated by Potluck LLP), every candle is handmade in small batches and packed with care. Here’s everything you need to know about how your order reaches you.

1.Where We Ship

We ship pan-India and offer international shipping on request to most countries worldwide.

Processing begins the day after order confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

4.Shipping Charges

International:

International shipping charges are calculated and quoted on request based on destination, weight, and shipping method. To get a quote, please email us at [email protected] with your delivery address and order details. We’ll respond within 24 working hours.

Please note: customs duties, import taxes, and any local charges at the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.


5. Payment

We are a prepaid-only store. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. All payments are securely processed through PhonePe, UPI, Net Banking, or major credit/debit cards.

Each Dhaagastories candle is handcrafted to order, choosing prepaid helps our small team plan, pour, and pack every piece with the care it deserves. Thank you for being part of our story. 🕯️


6. Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS. If you don’t receive tracking details within 48 hours of dispatch, please email us at [email protected].

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Email us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery
  • Attach clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping box
  • Do not discard the original packaging until your case is resolved

We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Refund & Return Policy.

For lost shipments (tracking shows no movement for 7+ days), please contact us — we’ll coordinate with the courier to locate or replace the order.


8. Undelivered or Returned Shipments

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal to accept, or repeated failed delivery attempts, we’ll reach out to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges will apply for re-delivery.

9. Festive & Seasonal Delays

During festive seasons (Diwali, Valentine’s Day, Rakhi, wedding season), delivery timelines may extend due to high courier volumes. Please order well in advance during these periods.


10. Address Changes

  • Before dispatch: Email us within 24 hours of placing your order to change the address.
  • After dispatch: Address changes are not possible. Re-routing may incur additional charges.

11. Studio Pickup (Bengaluru)

Free studio pickup is available for bulk and customized orders in Bengaluru by prior appointment. Email us to arrange.
