Payments
All payments on the Platform are processed through secure third-party payment gateways including PhonePe, UPI, Net Banking, and major credit and debit cards. Potluck LLP (operating as Dhaagastories) does not store any sensitive payment information such as full card numbers, CVV, OTPs, or banking passwords. All payment data is encrypted and processed in compliance with PCI-DSS standards and RBI guidelines.
By making a payment on the Platform, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the relevant payment gateway provider in addition to these Terms of Use.
Refunds, Returns, and Cancellations
Refunds, returns, and cancellations are governed by our separate Refund & Return Policy and Cancellation Policy, which form part of these Terms of Use. Please review these policies before placing an order.
Shipping
Shipping timelines, charges, and policies are governed by our separate Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Use.
Indemnification
You shall indemnify and hold harmless Potluck LLP (operating as Dhaagastories), its affiliates, group companies, and their respective partners, officers, directors, agents, and employees from any claim, demand, action, or penalty — including reasonable attorney’s fees — arising out of:

Force Majeure
Notwithstanding anything contained in these Terms, neither party shall be liable for any failure to perform an obligation under these Terms if performance is prevented or delayed by a force majeure event — including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, strikes, or any other circumstance beyond reasonable control.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute or claim relating to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
